  I have been a dog owner for over 15 years and have visited lots of vets. I have never come across a brilliant service like what Sam and his team provide to all their patients (and their families!). They go over and beyond each and every time. I cannot commend them highly enough. They have state of the art facilities and the doctors and nurses are absolute experts in their field. It is so reassuring to see how much all the staff love and genuinely care for your pets, which gives me so much comfort especially in times when I have to leave my little girl in hospital overnight. The prices are very reasonable. I have a little dog who has few chronic conditions that require close monitoring and has been a patient of Sam's for three years. We are moving to Wollongong in few weeks and I'll still be coming up to see Sam with my little girl, as I know that I will never again find a great vet like Sam and all his brilliant staff, so the drive will definitely be worth it. If you are looking for a new vet I would highly recommend you visit Sam and his team at either one of his clinics.

  The staff here are extremely nice and took really good care of my puppy. I was so worried about my puppy but the vet on duty Sam reassured me everything was going to be okay and it was. The prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely use again

  Best customer service and care i’ve ever come across at a vet. They invite you to drop in for social visits and treats so your pet isn’t scared to come. It’s really fun to visit. Great sense of community.

  Sam and his team offer a warm, professional and very welcoming environment. Our dog recently got desexed and the whole process went smoothly, and it was no problem to pop into the practice if we had any questions or to get a quick post-op check. In fact, our dog gets excited every time we walk past the practice - he loves the place!!
