    Very inflexible, rude and severely need to work on their customer service. Especially watch out for the grumpy older man or the grumpy Indian man

    My opinion is some customers just don't get what they want and then abuse the staff, put all their frustration on them and then walk away.

    The Bellevue Hill Post Office never ever answer their phone so there is no point in ever trying to phone them should you have a query. On another occasion I visited the Post Office at 4.55pm but they had already closed! Not great.
